You get the exact car pictured in used as in condition. It has not been tested. It comes with original remote and battery. The battery has not been tested as I do not have a charger for it so I am not sure if the battery is any good anymore. The battery compartment is clean. On the front bottom of the car the black piece has a large crack and is taped to keep it from cracking further. Car has scuffs, paint wear etc from play. Used as is for parts/repair.
