This is a 1/16 scale diecast John Deere A model tractor made by Ertl in 2006. This is the commemorative 4H edition and comes with a special umbrella. The tractor doesn't appear to have been removed from the box and is in excellent condition. The box has a few minor flaws (some corner damage, an small indentation on one flap, and some minor cardboard wear or staining), but is in very good overall condition.
