Don't know much about this old toy but seems it's from the 1930s (!). It's a "pull toy" with (on the bottom) a rubber cylinder up front and two rubber wheels in back to allow a lot of fun. (The back wheel assembly is out of the boat's "ears" at the bottom but can repositioned by the next owner of this item, if they wish.).
This product would be a great fit for those interested in maritime collectibles or nautical-themed gifts.
