This is an official Matchbox carry case produced in the early 70s. This version holds 48 cars and comes complete with 4 trays. The case is in decent shape for its age. There are a few holes/tears in the outer plastic. The biggest tear is on one corner (see close-up photo) and there are a few other small holes around the case. Otherwise, it looks very good.
