Set is barely used, was put together once and has been stored ever since. Should be complete but could be missing a small piece or two. Instructions included! These sets don’t exactly work the best for play, they aren’t the easiest to put together and the components don’t work as easily as they should. But would be awesome for displaying mini cars. I would say teen age and up, might be frustrating for younger kids!
