This is 4 vintage 1940's, metal, Tootsie toy Navy Ships, aircraft carriers, battleships, etc., made in USA. They are all marked, "TootsieToy USA" underneath them. The wheels are missing on one of the ships, and there may be some parts missing, like the wings on a couple of the planes, and a piece on one ship.
