The series, which aired in the late 1960s, is set in the year 2068 and follows the battle between Earth’s Spectrum organization and the Mysterons, an alien race from Mars. The Angel Interceptors are the primary aircraft used by Spectrum’s elite all-female pilot team, known as the Angels.
