Bassett Lowke?? Royal Mail Passenger Ship Alcantara 1926 Waterline Model

I believe this is a Bassett Lowke model, but can't say for certain. There is no label at the bottom, but the model has many characteristics of a Lowke. There is a significant amount of dust on the surface.
