in good to acceptable condition structurally. aesthetically, it looks pretty good. but structurally it’s missing 3 thing upon inspection - two elevator pillars (pictured - though i feel like a lego or k’nex rod in similar size can be a quick fix / do the trick) and one sphere roof fan (pictured)
