Beam 9 3/4". Open box, unassembled model kit. Small parts bags are still sealed. Unsure if all wooden parts are there, but it appears so. Instructions and decals are there. Small rip on one of the larger plans because I'm a dingus and accidentally ripped it while taking photos.
