This made in England all original Dinky Toy 1949 Ford 4 door sedan is in great original condition. The tires are original 15mm smooth tread and the base is great. The small lettering and the raised surround on the base indicates that this is the first issue #139a. There is little doubt to me that this is one of the best #139a that I have had.
