This made in England, Bedford, totally original army covered wagon #623 is in near perfect condition so check out the photos to confirm. A year ago I bought out a collectors stash of original Dinky Toys parts and the rear cover on this truck was one of the parts and is brand new original Dinky Toys. This truck has great paint. It is the 3rd issue with treaded 17mm tires and a driver. I just looked at the photos and what you see is my LED photo light reflection on great paint not paint problems.
