I don’t know exactly what this attachment does. Check all the photos for condition. It rolls very easily and is mostly metal. The markings on the bottom are ERTL #209-8601 and on the plastic piece there is # 209-8692. It measures approximately 12” long, 8” wide, and 5” tall. ( I’m assuming it is a 1/12 scale) Very sturdy attachment. Free shipping.
