This is a 1989 Edition Limited Edition U S Mail 1932 Panel Truck Bank manufactured by Ertl. It is 1/25 scale Die Cast made in USA. There is a production stamp number 2741 on the packaging and comes with a certification paper. The cardboard packaging does have stains on one end as can be seen in picture other than that the truck is in mint condition.
