Does not include the pilots, cargo sled nor any other accessories. The cargo door opens and closes, the top of the cockpit hinges back (hinge plastic is worn, so while it stays shut just fine, it pretty easily falls out of its socket when opened), landing gear is functional and they deploy and retract properly, all prop blades present, are fine and spin well with the spinning wheel (pictured), howitzer slides out and in just fine.
