This is made from steel. The box is 22" wide and 4" tall The overall length is 23". The box can be raised and lowered with the hand wheel in the back. The front hitch is bolted to the tongue and can be bolted to the top of the tongue if needed to help keep the box level when hooked to higher hitched tractors.
