This very large set is in good physical condition. It's missing a few decorative pieces like a flag and a couple other decorative pieces. The only other thing missing is the very top clip where the Gorilla climbs. The Gorilla climbs perfectly but instead of sliding down nicely, it falls off the top. It's a small piece that could probably be found here on Ebay. The elevator works great also. This is a very large piece!!! Of course it will come unassembled without instructions but I put everything together looking at pictures.
