New sealed in box with straps. Will ship exactly like you see. This is how it was sent out when new to the dealer. Hard piece to find. Will ship either UPS or FedEx. Local pickup in Fort Wayne Indiana is available. I will add additional tape to the flaps. I will also most likely add some cardboard under where the straps go on the edges.
