The mixer drum rotates by the crank handle, The front axle steers by the tongue. This is the 2nd version made in 1947-48 and is part # 2002. The toy is 1:16 scale and 14-1/2" long x 9-1/2" tall. The toy was made in Rossmoyne (Cincinnati) Ohio and is very detailed.
