The pictures show the condition. Several places where the paint rubbed off. Some rust. The winder goes around but feels like it's loose like it doesn't always catch where is supposed to be. It does make the blades in the back go around but not consistently. It's 7.5 inches long. It seems to be an unusual one. I haven't found any the same
