This is a large vintage 1970s Mighty Tonka Dual Blade Road Grader Turbo Diesel. It's actually in fairly good condition for it's age. The cab is loose, just needs to go down in the little slats (I needed someone with a little more strength than I do to get it down in those slats), but can be done easily. Dual Blades. I think you called this Grader a Turbo Diesel CAT but not positive on that. Has lever that lifts one blade and you can manually take the other blade to the side of the grader (See photo). Nice!
