Condition is pre-owned and pretty dang good overall for its age.. the set is incomplete, there are missing pieces. One of the fences is cracked, some of the vehicles are quite worn, etc etc - pictured. The case itself is in pretty dang good shape as well, there are multiple minor cosmetic blemishes throughout but in terms of its shape and cleanliness it’s really quite well.
