This is a beautiful 1991 Spec Cast Amoco Collector Series #1 Vintage Airplane Bank. It is a 1:32 scale replica of the 1929 Travel Air Model R, nicknamed the "Mystery Ship." This die-cast metal bank features a baked enamel finish in white and red with authentic "Stanolind Gasoline" and "Standard Oil Company" markings. The bank is functional: you snap the pilot canopy off to insert coins and rotate the propeller cowling clockwise to remove them. Includes the original box and Certificate of Authenticity. Great addition for collectors of oil and gas memorabilia or vintage die-cast vehicles.
