Appears to be completely handmade, but I don’t know it could’ve been a kit. Everything I could see is wood. I’m not sure what the pontoons are. There are some brakes in the wood two little fins on the front of the pontoon one seat broke, one door missing off and the Bimini top supports are broken , and I didn’t test the motor
