heavy pressed steel. The toy is in original, well-played condition with some paint chipping, minor surface rust spots, and minor dirt from age as shown in the photos. The mechanical bucket lifting handle works great, and all four tires are intact. Great candidate for a restoration project or a rustic shelf display piece.
